El-Sayed: Trump Promised to End Endless Wars — Instead, He Started One
MICHIGAN – In response to Trump’s reckless military strikes in Iran, U.S. Senate candidate Abdul El-sayed released the following statement:
“Donald Trump ran on “America first” vowing to end the era of American “regime change wars.” Last night he launched us into another one with Iran. Meanwhile, his murderous ICE agents terrorize Americans on peaceful streets. Groceries, healthcare, and housing are all further out of reach. And his name appears at least 38,000 times in the Epstein files. Credible allegations suggest he abused girls.
It’s impossible to ignore the pattern. Trump is a failed president. And to distract us from it, he’s lashing out—committing us to spending billions of our taxpayer dollars in yet another war with no aim.
Trump has made no justification for this war to the American people or their representatives in Congress. Because there is not one. This war must end. This aggression must stop. And Trump must be held accountable—for this illegal act of war, his self-dealing, and his behavior with Epstein.”
