NEW AD: Grandma Knows Best in Michigan Senate Race

MICHIGAN – Dr. Abdul El-Sayed’s campaign today released a new ad titled “Jan and Judy”, featuring his Livingston County grandparents, whose family roots trace back to the early 1800s. In the spot, Grandma Judy and Grandpa Jan make the case for Abdul, highlighting his record as Wayne County Health Director and pointing to the broad coalition backing his campaign, including national progressive leaders

The ad comes as AIPAC-backed outside groups pour upwards of $50 million into the Michigan Senate race, flooding the airwaves with misleading ads and attacks against Abdul. Despite this unprecedented spending, El-Sayed’s campaign continues to gain momentum, fueled by thousands of volunteers, small-dollar donors, labor unions, and a growing coalition of prominent elected official endorsers.

“Jan and Judy” underscores the campaign’s central message: while outside groups funded by Trump donors can spend millions, they can’t rewrite Abdul El-Sayed’s record of delivering for Michigan families – or the values that have shaped his family for generations.
