Not Just Legacki: Haley Stevens’ Fundraisers Also Linked To Palantir

One thing about Stevens’ consultants… they’re ok with Palantir! 

MICHIGAN – As fallout over Legacki-Gate continues, new reporting from Drop Site reveals that the principals behind Haley Stevens’ fundraising firm, “Fulkerson Kennedy & Company,” are ALSO closely linked to Palantir. The principals, Tonya Fulkerson and Ashley Kennedy, work with the Ai industry via the “Innovative Future Collective,” taking Hill staff on luxury trips to visit Palantir’s office. Since June, Stevens has paid Fulkerson Kennedy & Company (FK&C) 14 times, for a total of $194,610.

  • Caitlin Legacki, top strategist and spokesperson 

“For those keeping track at home, that is now three Haley Stevens operatives with ties to Trump ICE contractor Palantir. If working a Palantir side-job was fireable for Caitlin Legacki last week, why does Haley Stevens still employ Tonya Fulkerson and Ashley Kennedy?” asked El-Sayed Spokesperson Roxie Richner. “Michiganders deserve to know the truth about the Stevens campaign’s relationship to Palantir.”

Palantir, as you may remember, is the notorious Peter Thiel-founded software company which is a prominent contractor for Trump’s ICE, including the developer of the software used by ICE to track, detain, and deport immigrants. Palantir’s dystopian software doesn’t stop at our borders — it is also behind technology powering Trump’s war in Iran and has been used by the Israeli military during the Gaza genocide. 

In addition to Legacki-Gate last week, the Stevens campaign has faced controversy over taking thousands of dollars from ICE contractors and their lobbyists. Since being in Congress, Rep. Stevens has consistently thanked, funded, and expanded the powers of ICE. Earlier this year, when visiting an ICE detention center in Baldwin, MI, Rep. Stevens praised female ICE guards. 

Despite this, outside groups funded by AIPAC and corporations have spent tens of millions of dollars on ads attempting to convince Michigan primary voters that Stevens “stands up to ICE”.
