NEW AD: “Canon” — Michigan Kid Abdul El-Sayed Fights to Rebuild The American Dream
MICHIGAN – This morning, Dr. Abdul El-Sayed’s campaign for the United States Senate released “Canon”, a new statewide television ad telling the story of a Michigan kid who grew up believing the American dream should mean something, and has spent his career fighting to make it real for others.
The ad highlights Abdul’s record as a doctor and public servant delivering for families whom corrupt politicians left behind. He helped eliminate millions in medical debt, got eyeglasses to kids in Wayne County, and stood up to the party bosses who spent $70 million to try and defeat him – and failed.
Now, Abdul is running for the U.S. Senate to take on the politicians and corporate interests who have allowed the American dream to fade and to build an economy that works for Michigan families again.
The 30-second spot will air statewide as part of an ad buy reaching voters across the political spectrum. It follows the campaign’s release of Ensemble, which featured Jesse Watters telling Fox News viewers, “You gotta respect Abdul because he beat the machine.”
