Statement From Abdul El-Sayed On Mike Rogers Flip-Flopping On War In Iran

MICHIGAN – The following is a statement from Dr. Abdul El-Sayed: 

“Mike Rogers is lying straight to our faces. 

“After defending Donald Trump’s illegal war in Iran for months as a ‘win-win-win,’ Mike Rogers is only flip-flopping now because gas hit $5 a gallon and diesel prices hit record highs. 

“We need leaders who lead on principle, not convenience. Mike won’t because he’s a liar, a coward, and a fraud—he initially said that Trump was ‘absolutely right’ to start the war. He said just weeks ago to Michiganders that ‘we are better off today than we were when it started.’ 

“I’ve been consistent from day one—this war is illegal, it is devastating for Michigan families, and it has to end. For Mike, we will see which way the wind is blowing next week.”
