Representative Adelita Grijalva Endorses Dr. Abdul El-Sayed for U.S. Senate

MICHIGAN –  Today, Representative Adelita Grijalva announced her endorsement of Dr. Abdul El-Sayed for Michigan’s open U.S. Senate seat. A known fighter in her community for decades, Rep. Grijalva has worked tirelessly advocating for marginalized communities in her district. She has a long history of advocating for young people and their families. Serving since 2025, she represents Arizona’s 7th congressional district, serving the southern part of the state.

“Abdul will stand up to the special interests that are corrupting our politics and enriching themselves at the expense of working families,” said Rep. Grijalva. “He will fight for our public schools, hold polluters accountable, and take on the for-profit corporations that profit from our broken immigration system by abolishing ICE. I’m proud to endorse his campaign for the U.S. Senate.”
