MICHIGAN – Today, Mike Rogers and his handlers REFUSED to take questions from a local Fox affiliate out of Detroit during a press conference, calling them fake news.
Fox 2 Journalist Scott Wolchek: “We’re just asking Mike a simple question.”
During the interaction, Mike Rogers’ handlers BLOCKED access for Fox 2 and refused to let them ask questions of Rogers, who has a deep history of dodging press and tough questions.
This incident comes in the wake of Mike Rogers DODGING a debate with Abdul on Fox 2 leaving Abdul alone, debating an empty podium. Abdul continues to take questions from every outlet, joining FOX News for an interview just yesterday in Detroit.
“Is Mike Rogers scared of tough questions?” said Abdul for Senate spokesperson Cole Wozniak. “Once again, Mike Rogers is taking a page out of Donald Trump’s playbook, who just this week banned MSNOW, CNN, and POLITICO from the White House press pool, as he runs from and attacks the media for reporting on his record. In truth, Mike Rogers is simply too afraid to answer for his shameful record as a cheerleader for Trump’s illegal war in Iran, which he referred to as a “win-win-win,” and a “champion” for Big Pharma. In stark contrast, Abdul is willing to go into any media environment to get his message out to Michiganders, because there are no questions that he isn’t willing to answer.”
