DIGITAL AD: “Mike Rogers Dodges Debate”
A Vision for a More Affordable Future on One Side. An Empty Podium on the Other.
MICHIGAN – Today, the Abdul for Senate campaign is running a new digital ad showcasing just how unwilling Mike Rogers is to show up for Michiganders.
Mike Rogers couldn’t be bothered to show up for last night’s FOX 2 debate.
When Mike Rogers was rubbing shoulders with the President and his billion donors at Trumpapalooza in Dallas last week, Abdul was at a town hall in Detroit, hearing from Michiganders about the problems they’re facing. And when Mike Rogers was missing in action at last night’s debate, Abdul was there, taking hard questions and offering Michiganders his vision for a better, more affordable future. If Mike can’t even show up for a debate, what makes you think he’ll be willing to show up for you?

“We know that voters really care if you show up—and Abdul showed up,” said Communications Director Roxie Richner. “Mike Rogers was fine to do 6 minutes on stage in Dallas at Trump’s request, but couldn’t bring himself to show up for 60 minutes in Detroit to speak with Michigan voters.”
