Mike Rogers Rallies With J.D. Vance, Cements That He Will Be Trump’s Rubber Stamp

MICHIGAN – Following his weekend rally with Donald Trump, Mike Rogers joined JD Vance in Howell, Michigan—sending a clear closing message to Michiganders: The Trump Administration, their disastrous economic agenda, and this illegal war in Iran are on the ballot on November 3rd.

“As if Trump’s appearance didn’t make it absolutely clear, Mike Rogers campaigning with JD Vance cements it: The Trump Administration, their failed policies, and their costly, illegal war in Iran are on the ballot on November 3rd,” said campaign spokesperson Cole Wozniak. “A week from today, Michiganders will come together to reject Trump’s rubber stamp Mike Rogers and send Abdul to the Senate.”

Rogers’ campaign event with JD Vance comes just after his rally with Donald Trump, where Trump told Michiganders to “pretend that I’m on the ballot,” defended his disastrous war in Iran, and downplayed high gas prices as a temporary hit to Michiganders.

While Mike Rogers campaigns with the President and Vice President, Michigan is reeling from The Trump Administration’s price hikes:

Michigan families have lost $5,619 on average from Donald Trump’s trade wars—more than any state in the entire country

Donald Trump has a 30% approval rating in Michigan—one of his lowest marks in any swing state.

Mike Rogers fully backs Trump’s illegal war with Iran and dumb trade war with Canada which are spiking costs for Michigan families

Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill—which Mike Rogers fully backs—is tossing over 171,000 Michiganders off their health insurance

Rogers has championed Trump’s reckless tariffs, which he has called “masterful” and “an absolute win.”

All of this is in the wake of Rogers’ DISASTROUS weekend where he refused to deny that he was a MAGA Republican, pretended he was having technical difficulties when asked whether he would be a rubber stamp for Trump’s agenda, and hosted a reportedly empty Democrats for Rogers event. Before that, Rogers declared in the October 21 debate, “What has happened in the last two years is amazing.”
