New Focus Group Shows Growing Trump Voter Support For Abdul El-Sayed

Abdul Was Supported By Half Of Trump Voters in New MSNOW Focus Group—Just One  Said They Were Supporting Mike Rogers

MICHIGAN – Yesterday, MS NOW conducted a panel with Michigan Trump voters, asking them who they planned to support on November 3. 1 voter raised their hand for Mike Rogers—5 raised their hands for Dr. Abdul El-Sayed.

Throughout this campaign, Abdul has demonstrated a unique appeal with Trump voters—voters who are deeply frustrated by Donald Trump’s illegal war in Iran, his costly trade war with Canada, and the price hikes brought on by the failed policies of his administration.

A recent New York Times poll showed Abdul winning a greater share of Trump 2024 voters than other swing-state Senate candidates, and independent focus groups have consistently shown Abdul’s message resonating with large segments of Trump’s 2024 coalition.

Michiganders can see that Trump has not delivered on his America First agenda and are crying out for a politician, like Abdul, that will prioritize their economic concerns. Just yesterday, Abdul was joined by over 1,200 Michiganders for a stop on his campaign’s “Shouldn’t Be This Hard” town hall tour in Port Huron, in the heart of a county that went for Donald Trump by 34 points in 2024.
