Mike Rogers Is Not Running A Serious Campaign

New Poll Shows Abdul Beating Mike Rogers By 7, Fox News Has Started Airing Fan Cam Edits Of “Abdul The Alpha” And Focus Groups Show Abdul Overperforming With Trump 2024 Voters

Meanwhile, Mike Rogers Is Publishing Weird AI Slop For Op-Eds

MICHIGAN –  Last week, the Lansing City Pulse reached out to the Michigan candidates for United States Senate asking for an op-ed submission.

Abdul El-Sayed took the time to write a thoughtful piece about how at a recent town hall in Grand Rapids, a young boy asked him a question in front of 1400 Michiganders. He talked about how he’s running to make the world better for his daughters, and his fight to bring down costs for Michiganders and take on Donald Trump.

Mike Rogers submitted nonsensical AI slop.

We don’t really get it, and we have some questions for “Buff” Mike:

  1. Are you running a serious campaign for the United States Senate? Like are you actually trying to win the race? We cannot tell.
  2. Did you think this was funny?
  3. Did you think that it may come off disrespectful to both local Michigan media and Michiganders who read the Lansing City Pulse?
  4. Do you think that your campaign has a problem with consistent disrespect of Michigan media, including ignoring multiple debate requests and blocking legitimate journalists from asking questions at press conferences?
  5. In the AI slop comic, you again claim to have worked on the “factory floor” as an automobile assembly line worker . This has been fact checked as false. Why do you continue to spread this lie?
  6. Why not take the time to write an op-ed? Were you at your mansion in Florida riding on one of your two yachts?
  7. Do you have a communications team who could’ve maybe done a first pass for you?
  8. What is the positive, pro-Mike Rogers campaign message? We haven’t figured it out yet.
  9. You hold up to $2.6 million of investments in companies that stand to benefit from the AI and data center boom. Did producing this slop comic make those companies even more money?
  10. Is this a reference to when you used AI to alter an image of yourself to appear more muscular? Again, isn’t that really weird????
  11. Did you see this segment from Fox News where the hosts were complementing “Alpha Abdul” and feel that you needed a boost by calling yourself buff Mike?
